We met with Will Lund late in the evening during December at our head quarters to discuss the upgrade to our Mix 1 and MCR.
Following a presentation and initial proposal discussion we were provided with technical drawings and offered feedback. We were then invited to LundHalsey’s headquarters for a design meeting and the opportunity to see the product in their showroom. It was great to see the production facility and meet the team that would be involved in the project from start to finish. When it came to delivery and installation I was very pleased to see that all arrived on time as it should be.
The customer service response time was always excellent and we are more than happy with the final result. I hope to use LundHalsey on future projects and would highly recommend them.
