ELEVATING OUR OWN WORKSPACE: THE REFURBISHMENT THAT REFLECTS WHO WE ARE

We’re proud to unveil the refurbishment of our UK headquarters — a bold and carefully considered transformation that reflects LundHalsey’s core values: design excellence, future-thinking, and a people-first approach.
In partnership with our exceptional partners Meridian Interiors, we’ve created more than just a new working environment — we’ve crafted a living, breathing space that inspires performance, promotes wellbeing, and delivers a wonderful visitor experience from the moment you enter.
The design flows seamlessly from the front entrance, where visitors are welcomed into a bright, modern reception area, through the main office space, into dedicated meeting rooms and our demonstration zone. Throughout, our brand colour palette subtly defines the identity of each space, reinforcing who we are and what we stand for.
Stylish slatted timber wall panels are used as architectural accents to elevate the overall aesthetic, providing warmth and depth. Interwoven with this are areas of carefully selected integrated live planting, not just for visual interest, but for the proven benefits greenery brings – cleaner air, reduced stress, and enhanced creativity and focus for our team.
Functionally, the space has been transformed to support productivity, collaboration and comfort. We’ve installed height-adjustable workstations throughout to showcase our world-class console range in everyday use. This allows staff to personalise their working posture for both comfort and health, while premium ergonomic seating has also been selected for both employees and visiting clients to ensure comfort and a consistently high-quality experience.
“This is a space that tells our story,” says Rob Parker, Operations Director at LundHalsey. “It reflects the same attention to detail, forward-thinking design, and user-focused mindset that we bring to every client project. It’s a clear statement of who we are.”
Charles Evett, CEO, adds:
“This refurbishment elevates every part of the customer journey — from the welcome experience to the spaces where ideas are developed. It’s a place our staff feel proud to work in, and where clients can see and feel the quality of our design ethos in action.”Will Lund, Business Development Director, comments
“We approached this as we would any high-spec control room design — starting with the people who will use the space. The result is an office environment that supports wellbeing, enhances workflow, and demonstrates the best of what LundHalsey delivers. It’s a working showroom of our values and our capabilities.”
As LundHalsey continues to expand globally, this reimagined HQ is more than just a place to work – it’s a dynamic showcase of what we do best: designing spaces that work effectively and beautifully, for people who demand and deserve the very best.
